The camera focuses on the starting point of the production line. Straight glass strands are stretched at a constant speed by a traction device, then precisely cut by a high-speed chopper, instantly transforming them into uniform short fibers. These fibers float lightly on the airflow and, under the action of the web laying machine, are spread layer by layer like fine velvet, forming a smooth fiber layer.

     Next, the fiber layer enters the impregnation process, where it evenly absorbs the resin solution. It then enters a drying and curing oven, where it is set at the desired temperature. As the conveyor belt slowly advances, the calendered chopped glass fiber mat gradually takes shape, achieving a smooth, uniform surface. Finally, the finished coil is neatly wound on a winder. Each roll undergoes thickness and density testing to ensure compliance with production standards, laying a solid foundation for downstream composite material processing.
